AWARDS & SOUVENIR |

1.Awards:
Team: Champion, 1st place, 2nd place, each competitor of Teams will be awarded.
Individual: Champion, 1st place, 2nd place.
2.Souvenir
Every member who had completed registration process will obtain CAOCC F3A 2008 souvenir package, including a polo-shirt, hat, sticker (decal) and pin.

COMPETITION SITE INTR0 |

Championship Site:
The championship will take place at the Sui Nan Airport, located in the northwest part of Taichung city. The driving time from the Evergreen Laurel Hotel (headquarters and accommodation) to the airport (competition site) is about 10~15 minutes (about 6 KM). You may see more photos and detail at CAOCC website: www.ctama.com.tw/caocc .
Practice Site:
We will prepare one substitute site in case and arrange 2 practice sites for participants. Its location and details will follow in subsequent bulletins.

RULES

Qualified for Competition:
Each competitor must possess an FAI Sporting License valid for 2008 issued by their own respective NACs. Each model should bear proper identification mark/sticker as issued by their NAC. All licenses and identification marks/stickers will be checked during model processing.
Competition Rules:
According to the FAI Sporting Code Section 4- Aeromodelling Volume F3A Radio Control Aerobatics (2008 Edition), it may download on FAI official website: ftp://www.fai.org/sporting_code/sc4/sc4_f3_aerobatics_08.zip
Frequencies:
All 72MHz frequencies are cleared by use by aeromodellers in Chinese Taipei, and have been proven to be free from interference. The 2.4GHz band is also legal for use by aeromodellers in the Chinese Taipei.

TEAM ANTHEM/COUNTRY FLAG |

Each team is required to supply a 3' x 5' flag, and a recording (on MP3 or CD) of the National Anthem for the country represented. Please hand them to the Championship Headquarter on the first registration day (October 20). Short versions of the anthems are requested if available. Anthems will be compared to those already in the possession of the organizers during processing. If they are the same, the recording will be returned to the team immediately. All Anthems and Flags will be available for the teams to pick up on departure day.

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION |

Biographical information on each competitor, team manager and official helper along with a photograph (passport size) in electronic form are to be received by the organizing committee, no later than 15 August 2008. Please note that this is the final extension in the deadline for submission and if no information is received by the date, the whole team information may not appear in the Official Program for CAOCC 2008.

TRANSPORTATION BOOKINGS/VEHICLE RETALS |

Traffic
For the officials and participants, we will arrange staffs to guide you to purchase your Limousine Bus ticket and take it to Taichung City, please carry with your personal luggage. At Taichung City stop (opposite Evergreen Laurel Hotel), there are another staffs wait for you. The cost of this trip is about €4~6(NTD 150~250).
Your Model boxes will be delivered by truck to arrive at the hotel you stay on the same day, at no cost to the participants.
Please fill out the “Flight Schedule”form to provide us your full details of arrival date, time and transport requirement during the Championship.
After your arrival Taichung, we strongly recommend you to commute during the Championship by car rental; it’s much convenient when you have to commute between Hotel and sites. The available options and costs are as bellow:

The start price (get on the taxi) is €1.5 (NTD 80), and add up €0.2 (NTD 5) per 300 meters, the total cost of transportation from the hotel you stay to competition site is about €4.5 (NTD 200). |

- It will be add 10% cost if you get on the taxi between 23:00 to 06:00.
- It must be paid by cash in NTD.

NOTICE: |
- The price of gas is about € 0.8 (NTD 33~38) per liter.
- Car rental and gas could be paid by credit card or cash.
- All participants/drivers of rental vehicles, requiring self driven rental vehicles are to submit a photocopy of their driving license and passport at the car rental station prior to signing the rental contract. Please have this done prior to your arrival in Chinese Taipei (Taiwan) to save yourself a trip to the rental office.

Fuel reserved
We prepared 2 brands of fuel, Cool Power & COSMO, you can order the amount you need in the Championship through us, and making payment when getting your fuels at Chinese Taipei (Taiwan).

Cause of the rush time for competition, the tour might be canceled or city tour in Taichung.

AIR SHOW |
| |
On Saturday 25th October 2008, the last day of the event, an Air Show is arranged to entertain participants and spectators, with a full range of model aircraft types, such as 3D helicopter, hot air balloons, jets, helicopters, etc.
